TERMS & CONDITIONS
At Stolbjerg Copenhagen you can pay with Dankort, Mobile Pay, Visa, Visa/Electron, Mastercard, JBC and Maestro. All prices are in DKK and include 25% VAT, unless the item is for a non-EU country. See section CUSTOMS AND VAT.
The shipping fee will appear at the order confirmation before payment.
Denmark: Free delivery on purchases over 499 DKK. For purchases under 499 DKK there will be a shipping fee at 29,00 DKK
- Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands: 14 EUR. Free shipping on orders over 134 EUR.
- Norway, France, Finland, Great Britain, Switzerland, Hungary and Austria: 27 EUR. Free shipping on orders over 200 EUR.
- Greenland, Iceland, The Faroe Islands, Slovakia, Poland, Italy, Czech Republic, Spain: 40 EUR. Free Shipping on orders over 400 EUR.
- Slovenia, Rumania, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Australia, USA, Canada and Asia: 54 EUR. Free shipping on orders over 536 EUR.
- Rest of the world: 27 EUR
If the product is damaged when you receive it, please report it to the selected provider immediately or within 2 days of receipt and return the item to us. Stolbjerg Copenhagen is not responsible for goods damaged during transportation. We always pack orders safely to minimize risk of damage during shipment.
NB: We are closed for the holidays from the 3/7-2019 kl. 12 until the 21/7-2019. Therefore there are free shipping i the period. We will send your order as soon as we return.
Normal estimated delivery time in Denmark is 1-4 weekdays.

At Stolbjerg Copenhagen you have 30 days full refund if you regret your purchase or are not satisfied with the goods.This does not include special-order items with personalized text, these types of products can't be returned.
The possibility to return expires 30 days after the day you;
a) receive your product
b) receive the last product, if you have an agreement on several items that have been ordered in one order, but sent individually.
HOW TO RETURN
Notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or on the phone (+45) 61 44 86 51, within a maximum of 30 days of receiving your order, if you want to return something. Send your items back to us within 14 days from your notification. See address in the bottom of the website. Please make sure that the items are safely packed. If the items you would like to return aren't received in the same condition as you received it, a deduction can be made in your refund similar to the decrease of the value of the items. The return shipment cost must be paid by you, and is not covered by Stolbjerg Copenhagen. Once we have received the returned products and checked that they are in proper condition, we will process the refund.
RETURN OF GIFTS
If you have received a gift from Stolbjerg Copenhagen that you want to return, we can exchange it for another item of equal value within 30 days from the day you received the gift. If you find a product that is more expensive, you have the option to pay the difference and have it sent instead, in that case please contact us and we will help you. It is not possible to have the amount of the gift refunded. The shipment costs must be paid by you, and is not covered by Stolbjerg Copenhagen.
Products purchased at stolbjergcopenhagen.dk have a 24 month warranty that covers errors or defects counting from the day the product was received. It is important that you inform us within a reasonable amount of time after discovering an error or defect. When you return the product please enclose a detailed description of the reason for your return. A legitimate warranty claim entitles you to either have the product repaired or get a price reduction or a refund, depending on the specific situation. If the warranty claim is legitimate, we will refund your shipping costs. To get your shipping costs refunded please make sure to get a receipt. Products are not covered by warranty if the error or defect has been caused by the customer, for instance as a result of incorrect use or harmful behavior.
When you place an order at Stolbjergcopenhagen.dk you will be asked to provide your name, address, telephone and email. Stolbjerg Copenhagen is responsible for safe storage of this information. We respect your privacy and will never misuse or sell your information to any third part. Therefore all information is strictly confidential and is treated with the highest respect according to the consumer and data protection legislation.
CUSTOMS AND VAT
If you order from an EU country you pay VAT but there will be no customs due to the rules of free movement of goods. If you make an order from a country outside the EU, there can be added local taxes and customs which we can not be held responsible for. If this is the case, you will be contacted by the shipping firm. Be aware that this may delay the shipment because the goods are held in customs. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and pay the extra costs inflicted.

Several Stolbjerg Copenhagen products contain leather. The leather may advantageously be treated with leather fat to make the surface more resistant to dirt and prolong the lifetime of the leather. However, you can also choose to let the leather get a natural patina.
